Marc and Rachel were super informative and professional from the start of our quest for a large leaner mirror, 8ft x 3ft. They also organized delivery across the country. The outcome is a beautifully handcrafted piece which were thrilled with. From the workmanship to the end cost, Id 100% recommend Marc Wood and definitely use him again.. Service: Custom furniture

Marc built three custom, open back shelves for our living room. The shelves are strong and look good. Marc gave the best value quote for building custom shelves by far, but the quality is still excellent. Communication was professional and timely. Marc was able to recommend a courier as well. The courier needed a little prompting with communication, but the shelves were delivered on time in perfect condition - so no issues there. Service: Custom furniture

Recently my husband and I commissioned a bespoke cabinet for our family room. We sent across dimensions and waited for our order to be complete. The cabinet was delivered and looked stunning, the craftsmanship is beautiful. Sadly though the doors on the cabinet are approximately 4-5cm in depth which hugely changed the space available inside. If I had been told about this I would have changed the measurements as it would not have been an issue with the space available in our room, we just wanted the slimmest cabinet, but ultimately it had a job to do and sadly it now doesn't do what we need. I did call and discuss this. The team were apologetic and said they should have told me about the door measurements. I thought about this some more and called again as I feel that by not giving us that information we have spent a lot of money on a cabinet which doesn't do what we need. I was told they have told every customer clearly since about the doors. Whilst I am glad no one else will experience what we have it feels wrong that we are left with a cabinet that doesn't function. When you receive an apology and are told it was their mistake I feel they should make it right and we should have a new cabinet which works. I wanted a bespoke wardrobe, but sadly as I haven't had any support I won't progress anything else. The cabinet is beautiful, but the issues we have had, have not been handled appropriately. I hate leaving a negative review, but given the situation this feels fair. Service: Custom furniture
