I cannot recommend Sapna enough. She is always incredibly thorough and has always made me feel completely confident in her care. The dental nurses are always so friendly and helpful too.

The worst Dentist I have ever known providing the messiest dental work I have ever had. Messed up one filling that was so poorly done I ended up losing the tooth, 2 other fillings are a complete mess too. I complained and asked to be allocated to another Dentist in the practice and was told it was up to the Practice manager. On my next visit I was seen again by the same Dentist as before who gave me a dozen reasons why she couldn't treat me, that basically it was my fault, that I needed work done under general anaesthetic, which they couldn't provide and that the only way I could get it was via private treatment which she knew wasn't an option for me. They know they have you over a barrel and they play on it. She was rude, dishonest and patronising in the extreme and basically I was refused treatment because I complained and if I had my way this place would be closed and the So called Dentist in question would be struck off. Avoid if you can.

Really angry that the dentist having put my appointment off for months has gone private and I cannot move to another NHS member at the practise. I could understand new patients being told its new private spaces only but to change only the poor people who happen to be with the one dentist is just unfair. Me and my husband are now stuck without dental care unless we want to pay the crazy private prices! Not good quality of care at all.
