We have never had to fault Dragon Palace. they have always been the best from the day they opened and always maintained their standards to the highest level. That's why they are so busy. However, I was left feeling livid and disappointed last night. We called at 6.55 and made an order to be informed it would take an hour. I popped in in and paid for it at 7.55. my order wasn't ready so I sat and waited as they were busy. 2 walk ins came and went and at 8.25 I asked where my order was. I was told that my order had been lost. By this time I was hangry and demanded a refund and walked out. Either they need to get bigger premises to accommodate their busyness but one very disappointed customer is right here.
