Sue is absolutely wonderful, her excellent service, warm personality and kindness shone through from the moment I dialled the phone number, to the end of the process of buying a wig. Sue made sure that my sister felt comfortable facing hair loss whilst going through chemotherapy, and reassured her of what may or may not happen in a way that no one else could. Having experienced hair loss over a number of years and with the realisation that the problem would not go away, I approached Sue for advice on wigs. The whole process was extremely uplifting. Sue was so positive and encouraging. She spent time listening to my concerns and seemed to understand exactly what I wanted to achieve. She sent for several wigs for me to try at my second visit and explained how to fit them and care for them. Her advice is always clear and to the point. There was no pressure to buy. I am thrilled with the one I chose. It is comfortable and very close to my original style and colour only better! Early days yet, but I have had several compliments about my "new look", the colour, the cut etc. A few close friends and family know that it is a wig and are amazed by it. Finally, Sue is very approachable and always responds really promptly to phone calls and emails which of course makes everything run easily. Going through one of the most worrying experiences in life, you need someone you can trust. Especially regarding this most intimate and personal matter. Sue was kind, informative, professional, efficient and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the wigs was excellent. I arrived apprehensive and anxious and I left feeling more confident about this one but so important aspect of my cancer treatment. How I look, how I feel. Cant recommend highly enough.

What an incredible experience from start to finish. Sue, what a difference you have made to my Mum and I in the most difficult times and the most uncertain circumstances. You made one of the hardest parts of dealing with cancer (hair loss), much less daunting and actually quite good fun! My Mum now feels completely ready to lose her hair because she has the most incredible wig, Id probably go as far to say that she actually prefers it to her own hair!!! Your brilliant, personal and sensitive service have been invaluable. I cant thank you enough xx

It is quite a traumatic experience losing your hair but Sue was very reassuring and talked to me at length about the process I would be going through. Sue spent time with me looking at various styles and colours and with her professionalism was able to order several wigs for me to try. Sue was very patient with me and found the exact one which Im confident in wearing. Barbara Haxby
