Laughing assistant when I said I was dyslexic and couldnt easily read ts & cson a voucher and could it be explainedis toxic and the appalling attitude was compounded by the manager who immediately jumped to their defenceown your failings instead of excusing bad attitude this only exacerbates wrong doing, nothing within a conversation sharing issues with a disability could evoke laughterdyslexia is a disability not my problem as I was told by said staff membersuch attitude is toxic and disrespectfulyour only USP IS CUSTOMER CAREthis left me feeling very upset and depressed at the insensitivity of a mature woman in retail who should know better

Visited this store and whilst deliberating over whether to purchase some bottles of water was approached by member of staff. I was accused of behaving suspiciously! I was on verge of making an official complaint or contacting Police but I thought they had better things to do. I complained to the Manager but was met with blank expression. I received no apology thereafter despite being quite upset .I was a regular customer at this establishment but no more. The level of customer service was well below standard and unfortunately a disgrace on this occasion.I have boycotted this branch as a result. What a disgrace.
