        Went in about 2pm to get a drink and 2 portions of chips. The drinks came first after about 15 mins of ordering and the chips took about 40 minutes to come . Ridiculous.

        Nice enough place. I went to the bar to buy a pint and got told "oh it's ok, go sit down and we'll bring it to you". Ten minutes later I got my pint and an "oh I'm sorry, we Completely forgot about it". - This was several years ago. I haven't had a bad experience since. As this is an edited review I thought it best to leave it in and make that clear. The venue itself though is very nice. Clean and spacious. Typical modern "bar with food" styling. Mostly large tables, some high and some normal sitting. Few if any smaller high tables for those of us who like to just stand with a drink. There is a small outdoor area to the front of the venue that in nice weather is wonderful to relax and take in the hustle & bustle of Ilkley. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
