Consistently poor service. We have a one year old with a worsening chest infection. Prescribed antibiotics and told to start them asap. Went to collect on a Friday afternoon to be told they didnt stock the appropriate strength medication. They had our contact details but never bothered to let us know. When I raised the issue with a member of staff all I got was a shoulder shrug. They just didnt care.

Used to be great but not any more. Prescription not ready after 4 working days...claimed they were waiting for GP but checked with surgery and was submitted 24 hours after being requested. Suggested if not happy with the service there were other local pharmacies I could use...very good advice!!

Prescription sent in last Tuesday, went to collect today, not dispenserd, waited 20 minutes to be told there is worldwide shortage for the medicines, have to wait for another prescription. 2 other customers told that there's hasn't been dispenserd from last week either No apology just we have been short staffed

A very unorganised chemist getting the wrong prescriptions. Barely ever open, and medication never here on time. Dont have a good word to say about them.
