Trespass Ilkley

We visited on Sunday 5th February, we spotted other customers angry about prices mis-advertised on products (e.g arriving at the till and asking to pay 50) when the tag says 25 and walking out not paying. I then discovered most of the stock in the shop had the wrong prices advertised. I could get the items I chose for a different price online, which was cheaper than advertised as when it was scanned and I asked the cashier to check it matches the online price. The staff didnt seem to have a clue and it was slow and exhausting at the till just when it came to pay. Recommendation to check your stock prices each week or day so products are priced properly. I have experienced the same thing every time I go to that shop in Ilkley where I am comparing to the Trespass website to buy online when it is cheaper.

Mike & I have just had an excellent customer service experience in Tresspas Ilkley, we where served by a lovely young lady called Catherine, she was very knowledgeable on the products and couldn't do enough for us, even running up and down the stairs for different jackets for me to try on, and so helpful we bought 2 waterproof jackets and 2 fleeces, and 2 t-shirts, so all kitted out for the Autumn/Winter season....and Catherine good luck with career choices after your time at York University

Despite the unfortunate flood they were experiencing, Ruth was super helpful and helped us find what we needed, even opening up to let us in after closing time! Very pleased with a child's waterproof we previously bought from them too.

I visited Trespass in Ilkley as I needed a waterproof jacket. I was served by Sarah158, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I got exactly what I wanted and more, as I ended up buying two jackets. Great service.
