Brosgill Opticians Ilkley

I visited Brosgills a couple of weeks ago after having headaches and dizziness and being advised to go to the opticians. The practice was very clean and I was greeted by a lovely receptionist before promptly being taken through to Ann. I was impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable Ann was and how helpful she was when answering any of my questions. The dispensing optician, Elliot, was very polite and informative. He helped me to pick a pair of glasses I love and will want to wear moving forward. I will definitely be returning for many years to come.

Recently visited Brosgill Opticians for an eye test after always going to the high street options previously - I left feeling like I'd had my first ever actual eye exam! The lady behind the reception desk was so wonderful and welcoming, my test wasn't rushed and I felt like everything was explained in a way I could understand by the Optometrist. I went on to choose a beautiful new frame for my prescription and have been complimented on them almost daily since. Thanks to the whole team at Brosgill Opticians, I'll be a regular from now on!

I went to Brosgills for an eye test last Saturday. My family have used it for years, but I havent needed to until now. I was extremely impressed by the quality of staff, particularly the optometrist. She was clearly very knowledgeable, also very professional and helpful. I have eye condition (not something I was aware of before the test) that requires a minor operation. The optometrist explained the condition to me and the operation that is required. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Optician to anyone else.
