        ordered a sample about three weeks ago and was told if it hadn't arrived within 5 days get in touch. nothing arrived so got in touch and was told they would request another sample, over a week later still waiting. waste of time.

        Their staff were very knowledgeable and we appreciated their assistance. Robin Clevett's you-tube videos on how to lay the deck were invaluable in understanding exactly how the deck was fixed. These enabled us to accurately plan our decking before ordering, planning cut positions, quantities (I had one board left over in case of mistakes) and allowing for access panels where needed. The boards were easy to cut, although I did go through two tenon saws for the area of decking I was cutting (36m2), the 6mm gap between the ends of each board is essential as they do expand and contract along their length with changes in temperature but the clips are easily adjusted to get the gaps to line up and after a few cycles of day and night, the boards settle into their positions. We have had the decking down for 5 months now and based on our experience so far we are happy to recommend Composite-Prime HD Deck Pro boards in the future.
