        Did all you would expect of a solicitor in house two sales and one purchase. Cheaper than many but more personal than an online operation. Judith Bates and Lynn Norris were always available and professional.

        Having used RDC to complete a sale for me in 2020, I have since been emailing and calling to chase up a sum of money that was held back in retention post completion in June (last year). Appreciate working practices have changed in the last 18months but the common courtesy of returning calls / enquires shouldn't have. Still awaiting a resolution despite being promised resolution on the 11th of this month. Hopefully this is just a one off as all other reviews are very positive.
