I'm always very nervous when I go to a new hairdresser, but I had such an amazing experience at Pure with Debbie that I really felt compelled to share my thoughts and leave a review, and to say I will be happily returning here for future trims! Debbie worked on my hair when I went and she was honestly so lovely and did an amazing job on my hair, given that I hadn't cut it in over a year due to COVID! We discussed what to do with it given that there was quite a bit of damage from the many months of no cutting and me letting it go a bit over lockdown. She gave such good advice while also listening to what sort of look I was after and what my needs were, e.g. I wanted to keep as much of the length as possible. She put me at such ease and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She talked me through everything she wanted to do and gave me advice when I asked questions. Even though there was a lot of damage to my hair, she somehow amazingly managed to keep a lot of its length while removing the dead ends and making it look so nice!! I also felt totally at ease due to the fact that there was clearly COVID measures in place, with Debbie wearing the recommended PPE and with there being signage and sanitisers throughout the premises. I had an appointment with Zoe. I wanted to cut my hair short but she persuaded me to leave it long and Im glad she did. Very professional and precise cut, Im very happy with my new hair, will definitely come back !

Zoe is an amazing hairdresser. Shes the first hairdresser I have stayed with for more than a year. Really friendly, excellent hairdresser and fantastic for a therapeutic natter. Simple, perfectly formed salon with fair but good value prices.

Go in feeling down , come out feeling great! Friendly atmosphere and smashing hot chocolate. My hairdresser (Maria) always makes my hair look amazing.
