        Booked an appointment to view some flowers for a wedding, nobody there when turned up initially, then 20 mins later after phoning and emailing they arrived running late but didnt think to contact us to let us know. Nice lady, seems very creative but very unorganised, said she would send us a quote but 3 weeks later we are still waiting with no contact. Im guessing shes forgotten again. Wont be booking due to lack of good service. Has the potential to be a great florist.
