Ilkley Brickworks were recommended to me by a building consultant, friend who has had no involvement in the project and has not benefitted in any way through my contact with the company. My initial contact with Mr Gadd of Ilkley Brickworks was a very clear , constructive and supportive conversation where he explained the whole process, from initial survey, method of rectification of the problem and potential costing . We met on site promptly for the initial survey and Mr Gadds explanation was clear, and easy for me to understand. He gave me a timescale From survey to Helifix approval for the proposed work including a site visit from a consultant engineer. and then sent me written cost details and we agreed a start date. the site work was undertaken in a tidy efficient, and safe manner and it was left in a clean "As was" condition. The company operates an Eco Friendly, paper-free admin process I would have no hesitation in recommending Ilkley Brickworks to anyone who needs their skills and expertise The company have a range of photos which I am happy for them to attach Peter Jackson 24/04/2023
