I have been a member of The Alternative Board since 2014 and it has made a massive difference to my business and to me personally. Andy is a great coach and has the ability to get to the bottom of what the important issues are, whether you initially recognise them or not. Andy is an excellent business coach. He has been perfect for helping us step into the next level of growing our business. Ive been with TAB for over a year now. As a mentor Andy works hard to help me decide what is important to me and to the business and to follow through on it. He puts opportunities and issues into perspective which is invaluable when I am pulled into the day to day running of things. Just as important is having a sounding board someone who understands the business but can be very objective about it. If anyone needs support in taking their business forward but feels they cant get that from inside the business I strongly recommend trying TAB membership with Andy.
