WHEELBASE Yorkshire

Called Monday to pick up couple of innertubes (thanks to state of our roads). Really friendly and checked my tyre pressure for me whilst there. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Posting review on behalf of my in laws and their very disappointing experience with the service received here. Not only did they travel a 70 mile round trip to receive this poor service but the bike came back worse than when they took it in the first place. Front mech rubbing badly, trimming gear not active, both brakes rubbing badly, rear mech nearly went into the spokes which then all had to rectified and a fresh service from another company that couldnt believe the state of the bike. All in all we wouldnt ever send a bike to be serviced here again.

My brake cable snapped on my way back from work. I called into Wheelbase, and they replaced the cable and brake pads on the spot, enabling me to get home safely. Brilliant service and very much appreciated. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service. After making an enquiry to the shop I spoke with Bernie. I let him know what I was looking for and what I needed. Bernie asked me a few questions and he offered to chat with me at the store. Bernie helped sort out my cleat positions to alleviate some knee pain, and rub on my overshoes. My riding position is now much stronger. This was my first experience with Wheelbase and it's evident the years of cycling experience Bernie and the team have translates to outstanding customer service. Bernie mentioned to ride with my new position for a few weeks. I'm far more comfortable, fatigue much later in my riding, I can put down more power in and out of the saddle. The shop is well stocked too and I'm now prepped for a great summer of riding. I'll be back soon!
