One Tivoli Place

Wonderful stay for one night at this gorgeous little guest house. The owners Rika and Peter were fab hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay, both so welcoming. Great value for money in Ilkley, including an impressive breakfast with homemade bread and a great choice of cooked breakfast options. Both Rika and Peter create a homely feel without being overbearing and the rooms were clean with modern decor. We were in Ilkley for a friend's wedding at The Craiglands Hotel and chose One Tivoli Place for it's location (4 min walk away) and has on-street parking. Would definitely recommend One Tivoli Place to anyone wanting to visit Ilkley!

You could stay here because of Rika & Peter, the most friendly, kind & attentive hosts; or because of the comfortable, clean, well appointed rooms with the most luxurious bedding; or because of the stunning location of Ilkley - a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales But you'd be missing the best bit Rika's exquisite & heavenly Japanese cuisine! It was without a doubt the tastiest food I have ever eaten in my life, as well as the healthiest. I feel rejuvenated. Rika forages locally and pickles, ferments, dries every ingredient at home, resulting in the most incredible flavours. I quite literally stumbled across One Tivoli Place by a happy accident. I had sprained my ankle and it was the closest accommodation to where I was sitting on the Moor. From the moment I limped across the threshold I was treated with the utmost kindness. Rika & Peter couldn't have done any more for me. I usually avoid B&B's, preferring the solitude of wild camping or the anonymity of hotels; however, I will now go out of my way to stay at One Tivoli Place. Thank you for creating the perfect place to stay. I give it 11 out of 10. I can't recommend it highly enough.
