        Basic retail expectation of a welcome, a hello, a can I help you should be out of the window here. A teeny shoebox shop with three very young girls who look like theyd rather be anywhere else. Perhaps a smile. Perhaps ANY level of customer service? Blimey. Even for Ilkley this was shocking. At these prices Id expect a bit of courtesy.
