Terrible service why do they advertise to make your own sandwich and when you ask they say no or can tell they can nit be bothered one lad looks like he doesnt know his own name and other ladys always really rude make me not want to come back fuming!!!

I love the sandwiches and staff are always polite, I just think that when you have long hair it should be under a hat or at least in a bun

It is a joy to speak to such friendly and customer centric people who go the extra mile and deliver service with a smile, in comparison to another branch of this company, like Skipton they all deliver great service, helpful and a joy to have a friendly interaction with when there. Standard of sandwiches are excellent and very clean
