Overton Fine Arts

I have been attending Nigels art class/group for several years now and I have always found him very encouraging. We all work on our own pieces in whatever medium we choose which makes for an interesting group. Its a very friendly class which I always look forward to attending. We do have a tea break and its nice to meet new people as well catch up with friends that have been made over time. Roll on September and the next class meetings!

I rang this shop to see if the products I wanted,made by pip seymour,were in stock.I was told they were so placed my order.I said at the time my order was urgent. The next day I was told that one of the 5 products was out of stock and Pip Seymour(manufacturer) didn't know when it would be in stock.I asked for the rest of the order to be posted.8 days later I now find non of the order is in stock and all of it has to be posted from Pip Seymour himself(who is away currently). Since easter weekend is coming up and I will then be in the area on holiday, I then offered to pick up myself from Seymour. This doesn't seem to be possible.Basically Nigel Overton is not taking any responsibility for me receiving items I ordered from him, was lead to believe he had in stock, and he took my money for. A very shoddy arrangement that has meant I have lost money and time, and didn't even get an apology for. Nigel Overton is clearly not a person who is equipped to handle online business.This is the first time probably 1000 online purchases that I have been treated with such disrespect.
