        Selling a few bits of my recently deceased dad's estate. First two lots sold ok. Not much money, but not unexpected. Third lot......disappeared . No attempt to rectify the situation. Basically ignoring my emails.

        Bought a delightful antique rocking horse here. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the courier I sent had no difficulty picking up my item.. I wish all auction houses were as customer-focused.

        Very disappointed. I bought 2 items online on 2 separate occasions, 1 Beswick bull and a set of 3 beswick ducks. The bulls horn was broken and 2 of the ducks wings had been broken and glued back on. I spoke to a man on the phone who told me I should've attended the open day to check them before bidding. Spent over a 100 which was a complete waste of money.
