used sure taxis for hospital appointments ( travelling between Barnstaple and Exeter) up to three times a week for two months . In that time I had 4 drivers inc the owner . All vehicles were clean and tidy , drivers punctual and were flexible on the appointment and collection times. Would highly recommend this company . They recently purchased a vehicle capable of carrying a passenger in a wheelchair / very few firms have this flexibility in the area.

Great value professional service. Sure Taxi went the extra mile in providing sensory stimulation for our daughter who has additional needs. A much needed and highly valued service for disabled people and their families. Thank you!

Would highly recommend. I needed a taxi for an early morning journey on a Sunday and spent 45mins the night before calling local and further afield taxi services and no one was able to take me until I got in touch with Sure Taxis who told me it was out of their normal sunday operating hours, but they were willing to pick me up. I continued to use them a number of times whilst staying in lfracombe, they're reliable, on-time and have great local knowledge - will use again next time I'm in Ilfracombe!
