Stunning cottage but was booked as described as all on one level. This isn't true, a step into the property, steps to bedrooms and bathrooms within the property and deep gravel external paths made this a nightmare for family with older adult. If there hadn't been so many people there to help it would have been impossible. Older adult was taken to hospital after falling down step into her bedroom. Super place buy a more detailed accurate description is needed

We had a really lovely stay in the farm house with extended family. The cottage is well equipped with ample cutlery and crockery although it should be noted it is a business and not a family cottage as such so there aren't board games etc. (not an issue just a pointer!) The bedrooms are well laid out, we stayed in the master bedroom, it had a soft mattress. The twin room next door had more of a firmer mattress. The shower in the master room has low water pressure so not the best but it is certainly usable. Check out is 9am which is a bit on the early side when you're on holiday, have 10 people to get out, cars are a little walk away for loading and you have to strip beds and empty bins before you leave. I feel a 10 - 10.30 leave time would be more appropriate. We would definitely stay here again though, the site managers were very helpful and friendly, appropriately apologetic when a brick lorry blocked the drive for half an hour (just one of those things) and the kids outdoor play facilities were brilliant too. There is clearly continued investment and maintenance conducted to the whole site which is always reassuring.
