This is the first time I have had reflexology and wow, what a powerful experience. Sheila is wonderful and I felt very relaxed throughout. I would highly recommend Sheila Shepherd :)

I have just had my first session of reflexology with Sheila and it was absolutely wonderful. So relaxing and calming making me feel so at ease and able to drift off into a calm and relaxing place while having such a wonderful treatment. Sheila was spot on with everything and is such a warm, caring and lovely person. Next treatment booked and I am so looking forward to it.

I went to Sheila for my very first session of reflexology, after buying a voucher for my friend for her birthday, I realised I actually fancied a session too! I had never been before or knew anything about it. I went round to Sheila's house and her treatment room was lovely, so warm and welcoming, as was Sheila. She explained to me about the process, what would happen and showed me the foot map (which was really interesting) after an initial foot warm up and massage, I relaxed into it, comfy and warm on the bed. It was so calming and relaxing I couldn't believe she was only touching my feet (it felt like a full body massage) afterwards, she gave me a little while to come to in my own time, which was lovely, then we had a chat about what she discovered, and I was absolutely blown away. What an incredible experience. I'll definitely be back for more treatments! I can't recommend Sheila highly enough, such a talented and truly lovely lady.
