Great for the body and mind! Beautiful tranquil (and very clean) studio! Bev has a calm, kind but firm approach, extensive anatomical knowledge, and expertise. Pilates has really improved my posture, balance and core strength.

Ive only been doing Pilates with Bev for a couple of months and already feel like I have more core strength and flexibility. Bev has been fantastic at supporting me with old and existing injuries and uses the classes to help strengthen these areas. As someone with long term fibromyalgia Im finding myself able to do so much more than before without being in as much pain afterwards and with a quicker recovery.

During this period of lockdown I am unable to ride my horse, which i normally do 5 /6 times per week. Pilates is a great complimentary discipline for Horse riders. Over the past 5 weeks I have been attending Bev's excellent online Zoom classes in the knowledge that, when this is over, I will be fit and supple enough to get back on and continue the rest of our competitive season.
