Incredibly helpful staff when our doctor mistakenly sent a prescription to the wrong place, did everything they could to help, eventually sorted, they were very busy too, as Superdrug next door was shut .. thank you

Absolute shambles at the Ilfracombe branch, not that other pharmacies are much better. It seems our pharmacies just cannot or will not meet customer demand. This pharmacy is often shut during peak times and there is usually no pharmacist.

My husband left his blood pressure tablets at home, and we only discovered this just after we arrived in Ilfracombe. We went in to await our prescription. We were getting more and more stressed and worried about hubby not taking his pills that day, especially as he had a stroke a few years ago. Leigh, the manager, and Darren, the pharmacist, were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, understanding and compassionate, and pulled out all the stops to help us. They are a credit to Lloyds.
