Just wow the best personal trainer around, he really does take you on a journey, I have been with Kieron for a few years now and hes kept me interested and motivated throughout!! I look forward to my training sessions, as its always something a bit different and I love being outside in all the elements because that just adds to the fun of it ha! He takes time to get to know you and understand your motivation for wanting to become the best version of yourself!

Kieran has helped me massively over the last few years, i have not only lost weight, i have become stronger both physically & mentally. After dealing with alot of emotional trauma Kieran has helped pull me up when i thought id lost all hope, the fitness adapts each week with how im feeling and he knows when im making excuses not to show up & has a way of getting me there!! By the end of the session i feel like i can achieve anything life throws at me! I feel strong, healthy but most important of all i go home smiling! Thank you so much Kieran!

I have been training on a regular basis with KJH Fitness for over a year on a small group basis. He is a motivational, knowledgeable PT who concentrates on safety and individual ability. No class is ever the same!

I've been with Kieran for about 3 years now, and despite growing older I'm definitely stronger and fitter than I've ever felt. Great encouragement, stretching but achievable targets, personalised private coaching.... all year round, in an outdoor environment is what keeps me coming back for more! No two days are ever the same. I can't recommend Kieran enough.
