Mark Adams Optometrist

Mark was clearly highly experienced. He uses old school methods and gets his results bang on. Correctly diagnosed a troublesome issue that was later confirmed by the eye hospital. Very impressed and I will be returning.

This is the third eye test i have had in about five years and both other ones I have been sold expensive custom-made glasses at the end of it. Mark Adams was excellent, a really experienced opotmetrist who told me that all i needed was a 10 pair of regular reading glasses. He could have sold me anything. i liked his honesty and professionalism and my 10 glasses are perfect.

Having moved to the area recently I've only had one eye test at Mark Adams. The service was fine and I thought nothing else of it. However, when I lost my prescription I phoned up and asked if they could issue me a new one. Aside from the fact that I had to go and collect it (why no email?) they also wanted 5 for it which is frankly outrageous. So I've gone all the way there to then find out I have to pay 5 for a slip of paper. The cheek of it! That 5 bit of greed just cost you a customer, well done .
