Hilldales Residential Care Home

For over a year, I had a fairly good interaction with the Care Home. Yet the moment my close relative was no longer there, I was told quite rudely to practically 'stop calling' on my first call to ask what had happened. Although I understand confidentiality, the staff members sudden tone was entirely out of order and was frankly, quite shocking. Considering how nice and kind they were but a week before, I think it says a lot on the lack of professionality. **Edited to respond to reply** I called, explained the situation, and was told no in an exasperated, stressed and annoyed tone. This was my FIRST and ONLY call to the home, and I am incredibly confused as to why this continues here. It is not the lack of information that bothers me, but the tone you took, adding to an already distressing situation. Had you explained calmly, and reasonably, then I wouldn't have felt the need to even drop this review. I'd also question why "your relative" is in quotation marks? Yes, my father.
