Bought a Storm watch from Harkers, and I was extremely happy with my purchase. The gentleman behind the counter was more than happy to make adjustments to the watch until I was satisfied, great customer service, will be returning next time I visit Ilfracombe

Bought a nearly new Seamaster from Harkers, Jason and Richard were knowledgeable whilst not being over 'sellsy', always nice to converse with other watch lovers in a non stuffy, non pompous environment which this was. Love the watch, great end to the holiday.

Exempt from wearing masks are discriminated. If you can't wear one, can't go inside.

Shocking service didn't have a mask due to cancer and epilepsy. I told him I was exempt. But still said I needed a mask. I know he's looking out for his customers but felt proper degraded.

Bought a leather belt from here some 20+ years ago and is holding my trousers up still. I bought another one as the quality is still there. The members of staff both times were helpful and pleasant. The price was very competitive.
