Hypnotherapy in Devon @ Harbour Hypnotherapy

I can't recommend Safe Harbour highly enough. Scott took the time to really understand what I wanted to get out of the sessions, and then delivered a tailor-made programme that I felt was very personal to me. I started off by wanting to drink less, and after 6 weekly sessions I achieved that (and continue to), and I also sleep better, and feel more relaxed. I am convinced that Scott's hypnotherapy sessions really helped me change my behaviour.
