        First of all I would like to point out, I have never before put a bad review on anywhere I have stayed, but I feel this hotel deserves one. Good points the waiters and waitresses are amazing, also the rooms and food are excellent. Bad points, the man dealing with my suitcase lost it for 3 hours and you can imagine the panic, wrong room apparently. The last night of our holiday we couldn't get access to the hotel and we where waiting over an hour to get in, the swipe card didn't work. My partner had to go to the back of the hotel and knock very loudly to get in. We spoke to the manager who informed us the man who deals with the security was on sick leave 2 weeks prior. This hotel caters for mainly elderly guests, we where the youngest there. So no I will not be returning to this hotel, bad communication all round, very sad.
