Rooms: We stayed in the top family room, which was very nice and had lots of space for little one to enjoy. There's a few stairs to there, but worth the journey has the view was fantastic. Nearby activities: Lots of activities in the area, the hotel provided folders with a list of places to go and places to eat. Walkability: It's 10 minutes to town and 15 minutes to coastal areas. Noteworthy details: Look forward to seeing Paul and Lorinda Langford against in the future. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay here, the hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from the high street and harbour. There are some great places to have breakfast/lunch/drinks. They have their own private pathway which makes the walk so much nicer with all the flowers around. Our room was cosy with lovely decor and a double bed. We will definitely be coming back in the summer!

Excellent. The room and hotel itself was very clean. Paul and Lorinda are really sociable and Excellent hosts. Rooms: Room was large, super comfortable bed. Tea and coffee supplied also shower gel and soap. Room very clean.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. Paul and Lorinda are excellent hosts. Our room was bright and well decorated and thankfully with plenty of sockets, especially near the dressing table. The breakfasts are well cooked and delicious with a large selection of cereals and fruit. Evening meals are also available which was very useful as Ilfracombe pubs and restaurants dont seem to do food on Monday or Tuesday. There is a bar in their restaurant so there is no reason to go out, just stay in and relax with good food. The hotel is in walkable distance from the seafront. A lot of other hotels and B&Bs arent which makes The Darnley even more of a brilliant base. Thank you Paul & Lorinda for a lovely few days.
