We can't recommend The Rose Shed enough! We hired Rachel to do all of the flowers for our wedding and we couldn't be more happy with that decision. All of the flowers looked absolutely incredible! We had so many people comment on the arrangements, they really did look stunning! Organising everything with Rachel was also super easy, she was very friendly and helped us to figure out all of the flower details. If you can, you should definitely hire The Rose Shed!

The flowers at mine and my partners wedding were simply beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. We ended up making changes to our order in the lead up to the wedding, and Rachel was very patient with us. Great service

We always buy flowers and plants from Rachel at Rose Shed for our events, office birthdays, to brighten up our office and she made us the most amazing wreath too this year, thats still looking amazing now. Always friendly and helpful too.

Highly recommend The Rose Shed! Ive ordered a range of plants and bouquets and always been blown away. Ive stopped choosing the flowers I want now and just select the seasonal wrap because the arrangements are always stunning and better than I can ever choose! I treated myself to a bunch in November for a new job and they lasted until Christmas! I wouldnt buy flowers from anywhere else in Bristol.

I ordered a Spring Bouquet from Rachel during lockdown, as my partner and I are key workers working from home, and I wanted something cheerful and beautiful to look forward to. I really wanted to order from a local florist and support small businesses. I needn't have bothered. My original bouquet was delivered to the wrong address, (I messaged Rachel and another bouquet was delivered to me later that day) and my replacement was sub-par. I emailed Rachel to say that I was unhappy with the replacement bouquet, that the value didn't seem worth what I had paid and that I would like a refund. Rachel replied and said that the monetary value of the flowers far exceeded the amount that I paid, and would I like a complimentary bouquet to be delivered the following Friday, to make up for the disappointment I felt. I don't like to complain or get into a confrontation, so I accepted this and I waited until the following Friday for my bouquet to turn up. It did not. I emailed Rachel once in the morning on Friday, and once in the evening. In the morning to clarify if flowers were being delivered that day, and then later in the evening to advise that they hadn't been delivered. I was honest in my email and advised that I was disappointed with the service I had received and lack of delivery, which was to make up for the lacking one I had received. The original bouquet included Peonies, Ranunculus, Tulips and Stocks. All of these looked like they were dying a few days later and we're fully wilted by the following Friday. As I've bought all of these flowers from supermarkets before, and had them last considerably longer than a week, I was very disappointed and upset. Rachel since replied to advise that since I didn't say 'Yes I wanted the delivery on Friday', it was not taken into account. I don't know how much of a reply 'Yes it would be a replacement bouquet, speak soon' requires but I digress. Rachel offered myself another bouquet but I declined, as I don't want another bouquet of flowers that will look half dead within 3 days. I wouldn't recommend this company if you are looking for a long lasting, good quality bouquet.
