Brilliant seemless service. Booked over the phone and picked the tickets up the morning we were sailing. Great information center outside telling you about the history of Lundy. They have a waiting list if all the sailings are full. You need to call the office and leave your name and number. They will call you back if anyone cancels which is really handy as most of the sails are booked up when the weather's fine, you do have answer the call straight away though as they do move onto the next person.

We booked our tickets over the phone a couple of days before sailing. On the morning we were due to leave we were running a couple minutes late and they very kindly called to check we would be there in time. Picking up the tickets took a few seconds and is right next to where we boarded the boat. The boat left promptly at 10am and boarding was easy

Always very helpful and knowledgeable in The Lundy Shore Office(s). Just ask and they are more than happy to assist.

Some signage might help them run this a little more effectively. There's quite a specific order they like you to do here: check-in, get car-park permit, drop bags etc. but nowhere is this explained: you just find out by politely lining up, asking people, and being told-off by the people in the office. They are obviously under some time pressure, which i understand, but some clear signage would help those getting on the ferry be clearer, and might make their lives easier too!!
