    Had a takeaway when on holiday. Reasonable prices. Tasty food. Sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was mainly batter. The quantity of chicken was very small. Staff polite and quick to get cooked around 10-15minutes. Cash only!

    The service here is disgraceful. Drove a 30 minute round trip to collect a large order for a family of 9. Got back and we were missing a sweet and sour chicken balls from our order. We rang back to be told that we hadnt ordered them. When then giving them a name for the order they agreed that we had in fact ordered them and proceeded to tell us that they didnt know what we had done with them. They refused to refund us by bank transfer or to deliver the missing item. The girl on the phone seemed to think it was ok as we had all eaten. She believed that when we got home and realised it was missing we should have driven back with all the food to prove the item was missing. Eventually I was given the option to collect the missing item however by this time I wasnt prepared to do another 30 minute trip to collect them as it hadnt been our mistake. When I showed my frustration I was told to calm down and that I was a very rude lady. I asked to speak to a manager to be told there wasnt one. Will not be using them again.
