Very enjoyable trip last Tuesday. We did the early trip to Morte Point and had a fabulous view of some seals basking on the rocks. The skipper shared some really interesting facts whilst we were on board. Even as locals we never cease to be amazed at the beauty of our coastline and viewed from the sea on a sunny day it's just stunning!

Nanny gave us a holiday cash treat Went on this trip today and thought it was amazing. Brilliant value compared to other companies i had looked at. 33 for a teen and an adult. It was a 2 hour trip. Arrived ontime, was clean and in good maintenance, staff were friendly and I saw a guy (who i can only describe as looking like Robson greens twin) helping a disabled lady down the stairs to the boat and offer help to a man on crutches. You don't have to wear life jackets which I absolutely loved but they are available under your seats should you need them. Weather was amazing but incredibly cold out at sea, it hurt your skin. The company do warn you of this on their welcome email to prepare you. Listen to them, dont think ahh its a warm day like me There's free toilets where you board in the harbour and a toilet on board the boat. Views were absolutely stunning, we sat on the top layer for the better views. There is also a bottom layer, part of which is behind glass if you get cold regularly. We did the lighthouse and seal trip, the tour guide was informative with a good sense of humour. The guide thought we saw no seals and apologised but we did actually see 2 seals. Obviously they can't guarantee seals so was nice to see a few. We were given a friendly thank you goodbye as we left. Pleasure to deal with this company.

They called a couple days before our tour to cancel our first booking, but rebooked us the next day. I made my journey over 100 miles to stay overnight to be ready for our tour the next day. They cancelled late that night. It should be made extremely clear that a tour can be cancelled. When I gave that feedback I was simply told its in their terms and conditions. - In response to your reply, you gave me no reason to believe the second trip may be cancelled too. The phone call left the impression we had been moved to an appropriate date where enough bookings had been made to have the trip go ahead.
