Service and Repairs: Good old fashioned proper service from a family business: The phone gets answered, you can book your car in for work or a service in reasonable timescales, and you can speak to the same person twice and theyll put themselves out to help you if youve a dilemma if they can in fact most of them have been working there for many years (rather than just a few weeks like a lot of the other places you cant Trust so much!) so that should tell you all you need to know. Its still a full on proper Ford franchise with all the check up videos etc, so youve nothing to worry about as regards work quality so if you want to be treated like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience, bring your car here!
