I cannot recommend Thrive enough, Natasha is fantastic and after a treatment I walk out feeling 100% better than I did when I walked in - you will never regret a treatment, thank you Natasha!

The Lift and rejuvenate facial reflexology - This is one of Natashas newer treatments on offer, which I cant recommend enough. An hour & 15 min facial treatment, including 10 min foot or hand reflexology for just 60! I can honestly say I noticed a difference in my skin, after only a few sessions. Natasha uses a lovely range of natural products, which smell amazing (Ive had to order some for myself!). Im looking forward to my next session, already. Also to note, Natasha has a few evening appointments available too, and offered treatments to both ladies & gents & reflexology for children too.

Such a lovely relaxing treatment with Natasha. I was feeling stressed before my treatment and totally came away feeling so much calmer and de-stressed. Totally recommend having the facial and foot reflexology.
