Speaking from my recent experience with Unicomp ltd, I would like to thank the staff for a very friendly service. The part arrived earlier than expected by a number of weeks, packaged superbly and much more of the printer, than I had expected. I wouldn't hesitate in using the company again.

Too slow. Been 31 days and still waiting for the repaired printer to be returned.

Unfortunately Unicomp were incompetent on the whole. Individuals that I spoke to were very helpful and polite but they could not compensate for a broken system. Some of the issues (but not all) were down to their choice of courier but that is also within their control The repair of my printer took over 8 weeks despite being told it would take 8 days.

Our company received superb service from Unicomp. Shannon Chester, Sales Support Administrator has been brilliant to work with. From my first call to the last email Shannon has been super helpful, supportive and understanding of our organisations needs with the replacement of key equipment for our EPSON scanner. No email sent was responded to later than in 24 hours and if there were delays regarding the delivery of the equipment there was a clear and transparent explanation given. We also received excellent support from Nicola Bearman, Sales Support Supervisor. I highly recommend Unicomp due to the service we received from both Shannon and Nicola. In this age of online ordering services it has been very refreshing to be able to speak with a real person at the end of the phone and continue that communication via email.
