        After a good start with quick response to my call it went downhill thereafter. I had paid the call-out change but Alvin failed to get back to me quickly, as he promised, to give a quote for a new unit. When it got to the third time he asked me if I wanted to leave and choose a different plumber. I said I just wanted the quote that he had promised. He never got back to me. Service: Shower installation
