We can't fault their service from start to finish! The fitter took so much care and attention on the prep work and fitting of the carpets. End result looks great! Even the painter onsite at the time of fitting mentioned to me that he had not seen a more professional job carried out.

Amazing company! Andy was so helpful in choosing the correct Karndean flooring for our house and then Matt came along to fit it. We have an old house with not a straight wall in sight. I was resigned to having straight Karndean planks with gaps where the walls curved in and out, but that wasn't the case. Matt took so much time and trouble with the fitting and how he made the edges of the planks curve in and out with the walls I will never know, but it looks absolutely superb, it is a masterpiece of how to fit a floor!! I highly recommend On Call carpets, I use them with my work as well and not only are they seriously good value for money, they are efficient, helpful and their flooring, Karndean and carpets alike, look fantastic!!!
