We cannot thank the whole team at Kings enough. The whole process was made so much easier with them so on the ball. Stuart went above and beyond really, especially as we are new to the area and told us about the area with a list of great local pubs and restaurants. If we are ever to move we would use them in a heartbeat but as we love love our new home we will be recommending them to everyone!!!

Jonathan and his team assisted us on the sale AND purchase of our properties, and we would certainly use them again! The team were prompt in communications, generally readily accessible, and managed the process effectively. Jonathan, in particular, demonstrated a good knowledge and experience of the market - on both fronts - and truly goes above and beyond to secure a successful outcome. We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

By writing this review, we would like to express our gratitude to Kings Borough Green Brunch for completing the deal of purchasing our dream home. It seemed like it was falling apart seven months later however Karen Jeffries made the impossible possible and closed the deal on time despite all the challenges we had along the way. Highly recommended for exceptional professionalism, dedication and genuine enthusiasm towards completing the deal.
