        Always takes over an hour for pizza delivery even though we live 10 minutes away, the app just completely makes up the timings of when things are ready and out for delivery. Get texts that foods on its way half an hour before it even leaves the shop, always stone cold on arrival. No contact from the shop to say the order has been delayed even when its actually going to take more than double the estimated time for delivery. Happens all the time and never gets better.

        Update 18/02/2023... They cancelled an order and didn't refund it, Many times after chasing it up. Another instance was receiving a delivery 25 minutes after ordering when it's a 5 minute drive. Food was cold and then was messed around and had to return the order myself as their driver refused to wait while we spoke to the manager. Every order we receive is late and cold. Avoid this place if you can.
