Always cheers me up having my hair cut here. The girls are all great. Never had such healthy hair. I have had cut n blow dries by Kerry and Alisha and just love how my hair looks when theyve finished. Would definitely recommend.

A mutual friend of mine passed his driving test a few years back and one day, he was parked beside the shop which was in an awkward position. He reversed slowly and at about 1.5mph he accidently hit an employee's car, a silver vw golf or polo. The car had plenty of scratches and bumps around so we couldn't tell what damage was done... but how dare she threaten my innocent naive friend; threatening to call the insurance company!?!? She and her mum demanded money otherwise they were going to involve insurance companies. She got a 'mechanic' on the phone and later on the day, came up with a price of 590 to keep this quiet. That's extortion! My friend and his dad (who was also naive as the dad has never been able to drive so lacked knowledge of cars) somehow managed to haggle this ransom to about 175...AND she happily accepted a cheque! What a disgrace! Have a look at the photo of the 'damage', which was probably there before and have at look at the other picture with her crusty fingers holding up the quote for repairs...

I used to like this place. My regular hair dresser was very good. Today I had hair cut with different hair dresser and they charged me 10 extra after hair cut I.e 37 for dry cut . The reason was given that I was charged less all these times but now they need to charge me more as my hair is long and had to straighten it. I never asked them to straighten my hair and I thought this is what they do regularly. I been paying same charge or slightly more than other places. I felt this is very unprofessional to tell me after the hair cut. They could have informed me prior to hair cut. Also they requested me to straighten my hair before the appointment . So I did that too. I felt this was very unprofessional for them to charge me without telling me prior to appointment
