New favourite garden. It is not that well-known, which I don't really understand how or why, as it would totally deserves. It feels like it is the smaller (and calmer) version of Himalayan Gardens & Hever. Appriaciated that it was not crowded at all, you pop into to the same lovely people...and you can uninterruptedly enjoy the amazing view and the song of the birds. Lovely tearoom as well, really well maintained, considering a yearly pass!

Such a pleasure to hear no pets allowed...which is why it has so many 5* reviews. You don't get to experience true tranquility of nature and an 'oasis of calm' with yapping dogs & dog poo. Fortunately, there are plenty of visitors who appreciate this beautiful garden of nature for what it is intended & who review the natural delights they have seen rather than the lack of a convenient dog run/toilet to spoil it all. Thank you Great comp garden for being nature/wildlife friendly.

3.5 stars ...small, interesting selection of plants. Enjoyed the creative brick/stone work - well maintained - sunny day :) Probably best to wait until spring.
