        Very good pole school. I have been with pussycat poles for a year and I love the classes and teachers. My strength and fitness has improved greatly since starting pole fitness and I'd recommend it to anyone. Try pussycat poles for yourself see if you love it as much as we do

        I started Pussycat Poles about 18 months ago and I LOVE IT! I have made some great friends and it had improved my fitness and core. Its great fun and although I come away with bruises I cant wait to show my friends my new moves each week! If your looking for a fun way to get fit then Pussycat Poles is perfect for you!

        I started Pussycat Poles in January 2012 and love it! I have gained so much upper body strength and the great thing is it's still going. There's always something new to learn and you feel great everytime you master a new move! I have met some great people along the way and love being able to show off photos of my moves to my friends!

        I love taking this class! Pole dancing has got me in the best shape that i have ever been in, and its so much more fun than the gym! The instructor is so friendly and breaks everything down so well for me. The girls that take the class are so much fun! I definatly would recomend any Pussycat Poles class to anyone and is grat value for money! :-)
