    I had a situation which needed to be sorted on my chair lift and I would like to thank Orange Badge for their quick and helpful response. Both engineers Ian and Leon were so positive and helpful which in these circumstances helps enormously.

    I was explained good points on the chat with orange badge about the product i wanted. After feeling satisfied i was told to order. From my mindset i thought orange badge actually had the items in stock, no they order them from another firm. I rang after 2 weeks of paying asking where's my product, i was told that the company they normally buy from isn't answering calls or emails. I said well i need my money back.. To which i was told yes. After another 2 weeks still no refund i rang and was told the director has been off and he needs to sign for it! I wasn't impressed of the slowness of their service.. I was also the one who rang them to chase things they never rang me with any updates. This is the first time i bought from a company where it shows item is available on their website and i parted with nearly 500 and messed about. The director needs to put someone else in charge of refunds while away or be accept phone callls while hes away.. It was bad service and i will not use again.. Having to wait 2 weeks for a refund! Maybe he/she was holidaying it while i worried about the order of my bathbudy. And my payment.
