We initially engaged Ian to provide a homebuyers on our forever home he kept us well informed of the process talked us through the report once it was ready and even met with me at the property to discuss some of the findings with the previous owners. Post completion we engaged Ian again to help us project manage the remedial findings in the report. Cant fault his professionalism and communication skills so glad we chose to use him and wouldnt hesitate in recommending his services.

We engaged Ian to produce a Homebuyers survey for our upcoming house move. Being an older and more unusual property I needed a really comprehensive report and Ian certainly delivered. The report was extremely comprehensive and accompanied by lots of photos and description and I feel confident that Im now armed with all the facts and able to approach the purchase fully informed. Ian was also able to advise on potential ideas for improvements and which high priority items should be tackled first. Cant recommend highly enough.

Ian Jones carried out a homebuyers survey for us, and we would highly recommend him to anyone. His service was very professional - he was very prompt and efficient at carrying out the survey and sending us the report. The report itself was very useful and detailed, and it was accompanied by great photos.

Ian was recommended by a friend. He produced a Home Buyer Report for a property that we were considering buying. The report he produced was comprehensive with many photographs of parts of the property. He followed that up by talking to us face to face about what he had found. We were left with a comprehensive view of what we were looking at and felt very confident about being able to proceed. Excellent professional service at a good price.

after making several phone calls to get quotes for a house survey, Ian Jones came out first in every way, price, professionalism and explained what he would do. when the report came through it was excellent like they say (it does everything like it says on the tin), but in Ian Jones case a lot more, on my last survey I paid four times the price and not half as much detail and professionalism.
