I really enjoyed being able to log into the catcam and be able to see my cats when I missed them during our holiday. Andy was super responsive which made things really straightforward when arranging their stay and our cats have settled immediately back into their routine now they are home and they have never looked so well groomed so I know they were well looked after during their stay.

A wonderful cattery! Our first time using one, and we will be back. We had been anxious about sending our two cats to a cattery for the first time. They are indoor cats, adopted in Jan 2020, who'd had a very sheltered first few years with limited exposure to other people and the outside world. Andrew couldn't have been more helpful, looking after them fantastically, and he didn't mind us checking in for updates. The overnight cat-cams also helped keep us reassured, as it was lovely seeing them sleeping cosily at night. Since collecting them, they have settled back home immediately, showing that they have had an enjoyable and caring experience. We will absolutely be back, and cannot rate Andrew and Willows Cattery highly enough.
